Since its incorporation, WELMATE has established itself as a reliable and efficient distributor of high quality building products, catering to the needs of the construction industry. WELMATE has built an enviable track record of notable and sizable projects, supplied with the Company’s products which are categorised in the following groups:

To be able to provide prompt service to our customers, our Company is structured into 3 sections comprising Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Administration and Warehouse.
Our staff in Sales & Marketing are trained and equipped to provide prompt sales services to our customers, including technical support and solutions to technical challenges encountered.
Adequate level of inventories of various products are maintained in our warehouse to provide efficient and timely deliveries of goods.
At WELMATE, it is our objective to deploy our resources to build enduring and successful business relationships with our customers, so as to be their preferred supplier.

It also owns a stable of shopping malls which comprises Rochester Mall, The Seletar Mall and UE Square Shopping Mall, as well as manages Changi Link shopping mall and the Park Avenue chain of hotels, serviced apartments, serviced offices and convention centre.
The Group was honoured as the 11th oldest company by Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and its flagship building, UE BizHub CITY, was marked a historic site in 2002 by Singapore National heritage Board. In recognition of its contribution to Singapore’s development over the decades, the Group was awarded the Singapore Golden Jubilee Business Award organised by Singapore Business Federation, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and DP Information Group.
